Overview
The Jimmy Fund Peer-to-Peer Fundraising team seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant. The Assistant plays a major role in supporting event logistics for the Jimmy Fund Walk, Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge, Falmouth Road Race and the Boston Half. The position also provides administrative support for day-to-day team operations, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, gift processing, vendor payments, budget reconciliation and website functionality. This position reports to the Associate Director, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising and collaborates with members of the team to ensure all goals and KPIs are achieved. Internal title: Assistant, Jimmy Fund
This position is considered remote, 0-1 days onsite at 10 Brookline Place, Brookline, MA each week. DFCI guidelines state that employees must reside in New England: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency required. Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred. No experience required.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
Salary: $26.82/hour
