The Medical Technologist II is responsible for following procedures and performing tests on body fluids using automated analyzers and manual test procedures with minimal supervision, in accordance with laboratory procedures. The technologist is responsible for adherence to the laboratory quality control policies and procedures to ensure reporting of accurate and timely test results.

Experienced Technologist to work every other weekend 9:00am to 5:30pm. It is an 8 hour a week position. They will be trained in Hematology, Chemistry and Lab Control duties.
They will work with other full time staff members until 3:30 PM. From 3:30 to 5:30pm they will be resposible for all three labs and closing down the Hematology and Chemistry laboratories.
Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Lab experience
AS, MLT (ASCP), BS, MT (ASCP), or nationally recognized equivalent preferred; degree must be in a clinical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science
