Overview
The regulatory compliance pharmacist is responsible for the assisting the manager of pharmacy regulatory compliance in ensuring DFCI's compliance with federal, state and local regulations regarding the practice of pharmacy. This includes areas such as USP, Joint Commission, DPH, DEA, FDA, and the MA Board of Pharmacy.
This position requires a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends to be able to interact with all Pharmacy staff on regulatory and compliance matters. The position also requires travelling to all the satellite locations.

Requirements
The regulatory compliance pharmacist is responsible for the assisting the manager of pharmacy regulatory compliance in ensuring DFCI's compliance with federal, state and local regulations regarding the practice of pharmacy. This includes areas such as USP, Joint Commission, DPH, DEA, FDA, and the MA Board of Pharmacy. In addition, this pharmacist will be responsible for tracking regulations to ensure any changes and/or additions are incorporated into policies and procedures in a timely manner as to maintain compliance. This pharmacist will also be responsible for compliance training for pharmacy staff at our various locations of practice.
