Overview
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst improves the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. Reporting directly to the Director Supply Chain Systems, Analytics, Reporting, Communications within DFCI Supply Chain, this role will provide analytical and financial reporting to the organization. This information will enable sourcing strategy and execution as well as ongoing performance management and reporting. This role will be responsible for disseminating information from a spend analytics tool, tracking savings, project reporting as well as executive presentations and documentation. Furthermore, this position will aggregate and present overall performance metrics of the procurement organization from the programs/projects we implement. The role is responsible for the ongoing financial management of the Procurement budget (forecast, planning and reporting, and reporting impact to P&L The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the delivery process and exceptional analytics skills. They use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different sources to recommend ways of improving the supply chain, identifying sourcing opportunities, identifying operational improvements, and tracking value delivery.
