Dana-Farber supports a variety of leadership and executive coaching for individuals seeking personal or professional development. Our one-on-one coaching helps to clarify and to achieve goals, to build/enhance skill sets or to assist in a key leadership transition. Team coaching is available for newly formed leadership teams, teams in transition or teams experiencing a high level of change.

Consulting

Our internal consultants bring a wide range of tools and techniques to assess team and individual performance while enhancing communication, strategic thinking and working relationships.
