Overview
Reporting to the Program Manager, Nursing Education and working in partnership with administrative and clinical colleagues throughout Nursing and Patient Care Services, the Learning Systems Designer is responsible for management of the Learning Management System for the department, including development and maintenance of courses, and administrative leadership for the Nursing Education Program. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated expertise in administration of Learning Management Systems and experience with project management. The Learning Systems Designer will be an essential member of the Nursing Education team, contributing to goal-planning and problem-solving. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, collaborative, creative, with strong communication skills.
The Learning Systems Designer ensures that the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) and Nursing and Patient Care Services, as well as regulatory standards, are met.
