The People Strategy Team Coordinator provides high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the People Strategy Team (PST). This role ensures the smooth functioning of PST processes by managing communications, coordinating critical workflows, maintaining documentation, and supporting PST and HR initiatives. The Coordinator acts as a central point of contact for managers and employees seeking guidance, helping to route inquiries efficiently and support timely, accurate HR service delivery.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative & Operational Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for general PST inquiries, routing requests and escalating issues appropriately. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and events for the PST team, including interview panels, coaching sessions, and project meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, presentations, and follow-up items. Maintain an organized, current repository of PST templates, SOPs, guides, and shared documents. Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions for PST processes and projects.
- Project, Process & Initiative Coordination: Provide coordination support for PST-led initiatives such as Career Architecture, Disability Accommodations, Promotions Process, Terminations, policy rollouts, etc. Monitor project timelines, support communication plans, and ensure documentation is updated throughout project phases. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience for managers and employees.
- Communications & Customer Service: In partnership with HR Communications, draft and send clear, professional communications to managers and teams regarding HR timelines, updates, and resource availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing routine questions and guiding employees to the appropriate HR resources. Help maintain PST content on internal HR platforms and intranet sites.
- Organizational Support: Develop strong working relationships with HR colleagues across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, and other HR COEs to support seamless service delivery. Help monitor and improve PST team operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing process improvements. Participate in PST team meetings, taking minutes, summarizing action items, and maintaining agendas and follow-up logs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of HR operations and employee life cycle processes, including promotions, accommodations, terminations, and policy implementation.
- Knowledge of administrative best practices, project coordination principles, and process improvement methods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional communications, preparing presentations, and documenting meeting outcomes.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries with sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive HR information with discretion.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across HR teams and stakeholders to support seamless service delivery.
- Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 – 4 years of administrative, HR, project coordination, or related experience required.
- Experience working in Human Resources, especially within an HR Business Partner/People Strategy team preferred.
- Familiarity with employee relations processes, HR compliance, and employment documentation preferred.
- Experience supporting projects or change initiatives preferred.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
