PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with multiple Recruiters on sourcing strategies for exempt, non-exempt inpatient positions, which may include Staff RN, PCA’s, Unit Coordinators, and other inpatient clinical and non-clinical roles.
Attend recruiting strategy meetings with Recruiters to understand the hiring department needs and requirements of the position.
Source active and passive candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, and Google searches.
Network within specialized clinical communities to create talent pools and recommend alternative sourcing platforms or strategies
Research Market insights, talent mapping, industry trends and competitive intelligence to guide sourcing approaches
Track and report out on sourcing metrics on a weekly basis.
Maintain contact with passive and active candidates regarding available opportunities within Dana-Farber.
Manage and attend internal virtual career events. Screen registered candidates and conduct candidate follow up post event as needed.
Attend career fairs and recruiting events with staff to help attract and source candidates.
Partner with Workforce Development and I&E Program Manager to establish relationships with school programs and community partners to build inclusive and diverse candidate pipelines.

Pay Transparency Statement
The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
$68,900.00 - $70,300.00
