Compensation Analyst Team members in these Operations jobs provide daily support to Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Customers. Assures prompt and accurate response to requests for analysis of promotions, new hires, job descriptions, etc.

Licensing Associate Team members in these Operations jobs will support DFCI researchers in their assigned cluster area and will be provided opportunities to handle increasingly complex projects as their knowledge of straightforward transactions and intellectual property increases.
